Let’s get you sorted.

Never send passwords, verification codes, device keys or payment card details. Support will not ask for them.
Account access
When email recovery is available, link a recovery identity from the game’s account panel while you still have access. A guest account relies on a protected key saved on your device. If you lose that key without linking recovery, you may lose access to the account.
Use the recovery flow in the account panel to return to your linked account. Recovery preserves that account’s progress and signs out its old devices. It does not merge two accounts.
If recovery is unavailable or an error persists, contact us with the error text and your game version. Online features may be limited during development.
Recovery email
Check the email address you entered, then check your Inbox and Spam or Junk folder. Recovery messages use no-reply@playinfiniteinsanity.com. Do not share the code, including with support.
If a message is missing, give it time to arrive before requesting another. Use the newest code. Contact us if delivery continues to fail, including the approximate time of your request and your time zone.
The sending address does not receive support requests. Write to hello@ishtms.com for help.
Delete your account
While signed in, open the game’s account panel and choose DELETE ACCOUNT. Read the confirmation carefully: deletion permanently removes account access, progression, inventory, purchases and linked recovery.
Cleanup may wait for a running match and its results. Closing the game does not cancel deletion. The device saves a receipt so you can reopen the game and check completion.
Starting a new guest creates a new account; it does not bring back deleted progress. Some restricted backup and security records remain as explained in the privacy notice.
If you cannot access the game or need help with a privacy request, email us. We may need to establish which account is yours before acting. An email alone does not authorize an account transfer.
Report a player
Use the game’s report action for a player in a completed match you participated in. Choose the relevant reason: cheating, an abusive name or disruptive play.
Reports identify the match, reporter, reported player and reason. They are private, are reviewed against available evidence and do not automatically establish misconduct or trigger a ban.
For additional context or help with a report or account restriction, contact support. Include the match reference if available, approximate time and a brief description. Avoid sharing other players’ private information.
What to include
- Your public player name and account or match reference, if available.
- Your game version, device model and operating system.
- What happened, when it happened and the exact error message.
- A screenshot if useful, with private information and codes removed.
Send only what we need to investigate. We do not promise a fixed response time. Read the privacy notice for more about game data and support correspondence.
