This agreement
Infinite Insanity is operated by Ishtmeet Singh, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you download, install or play the game or use its online services. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not play.
The privacy notice explains what data the game stores and why. The terms of the App Store or Google Play you got the game from also apply to how you download it and pay for it.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your purchases. Parents and guardians can limit purchases with the controls of the App Store or Google Play.
Your account
Your account lives on your device and, if you link one, in your Google, Apple, Game Center or Play Games sign-in. Keep your device and those sign-ins secure: you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
Choose a username that is not offensive, does not pretend to be someone else and does not contain private information. We may change a username that breaks these terms. You may not sell, trade, share or give away your account.
Fair play
Infinite Insanity is a competitive game, and every match should be decided by the players in it. You must not:
- use cheats, hacks, modified game files, bots, macros, automation or any software that gives an unfair advantage;
- exploit bugs or glitches, or manipulate matchmaking, ranked results or rewards, alone or with others;
- harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against other players, in usernames, chat, voice or anywhere else in the game;
- buy, sell or trade accounts, items or currencies outside the game, or offer services such as account boosting;
- disrupt the game or its servers, access them in ways we do not provide, or reverse engineer the game except where the law allows it.
If you break these rules we may warn you, remove rewards or items gained by it, reset ranked progress, or suspend or ban your account, depending on how serious it is. Bans can be permanent. Use the in-game report to tell us about a player who breaks them.
Currencies & purchases
The game has in-game currencies, such as Credits, Cash and Gold, and items such as cosmetics, battle passes and room cards. Some can be earned by playing and some can be bought with real money through the App Store or Google Play.
- When you buy or earn currency or items, you get a limited, personal licence to use them in the game. They are not your property, have no value in money, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Purchases are made and paid through Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by them under their policies. We do not refund purchases ourselves, except where the law requires it.
- If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove what it bought, or the same value in currency, from your account.
- We may change the prices, contents or availability of items, events and passes. A battle pass or other time-limited offer gives its rewards only until the end of its season or offer.
- Currencies and items are lost if your account is deleted, or banned for breaking these terms.
Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Your content
Your username, chat and voice messages and anything else you add in the game remain yours. You give us a worldwide, free licence to host, show, transmit and moderate them as needed to run the game, for as long as they are in it. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove anything that breaks these terms or the law.
You may stream and post videos and screenshots of your own gameplay, including on channels that earn money, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.
Early access
The game is in development. Features, balance, maps, items, prices and progression can change, and online play can be unavailable at times. During testing we may need to correct or reset progress, ranks or balances, for example after a fault. We tell players in the game before planned changes of that kind where we can.
Suspension & ending
You can stop playing at any time and delete your account in the game, as the support page explains. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect players or the game. If we close the game for good, we will announce it in the game in advance where we can.
Ownership
The game, its software, art, sound, names and everything in it belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game for your own entertainment, for as long as you follow these terms.
Warranties & liability
We work hard to keep the game running well, but it is provided as it is and as available, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the game in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are decided by the courts at New Delhi, India. If you live somewhere whose consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country, or under its laws, you keep that right. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to settle it.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the game changes. The date at the top shows the last update. If a change matters to how you play or pay, we tell you in the game before it applies. Playing after that means you accept the new terms.
